About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Completions Manager to join our Draper Water Treatment Plant Team. As an Operational Readiness Specialist, you will ensure that commissioning and completions activities comply with all aspects of Contract, Schedule, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security policy, Site regulations, and Client requirements.

The role reports to the Project Director and is based on site in Gordonvale, Cairns, QLD. You will lead the Commissioning team to manage, plan, document, resource, and execute testing & commissioning preparation and execution meeting technical requirements as defined by the contract documents, so as to meet project budget and program requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Commissioning team to ensure that the process of testing & commissioning preparation and execution is managed, planned, documented, resourced, and executed meeting technical requirements as defined by the contract documents, so as to meet project budget and program requirements.
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to project staff, design consultants, Subcontractors, Project Managers, Technology Vendors, and blue-collar workforce to ensure testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning is undertaken to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop required commissioning documentation (organisation, staffing, program, schedules, templates, test procedures) in accordance with project requirements.
