Vending Machine Merchandiser

About This Role

We're seeking an energetic and proactive Vending Machine Merchandiser & Operations Specialist to join our team in Cairns. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products are always stocked and available across the region.

What You'll Do

• Frequent visits to vending machines to fill and merchandise products, maintaining high stock levels and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory and troubleshoot minor issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Work independently, with the support of a dedicated team for training, guidance, and success celebrations.

Your Skills and Experience

• A minimum 18kg lifting capacity with repetition, essential for this physically demanding role.
• Prior experience in customer service, merchandising, or driving is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
• A MR truck license is preferred, but we're willing to support the right candidate to obtain one if needed.
