Job Summary:
This role combines sales support and administration in a fast-paced environment. As an active member of the team, you will work closely with internal and external associates to achieve top-quality customer service.
About the PositionThis dynamic position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities
- Assisting with building campaign proposals and creating relevant reports
- Liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements
- Communicating with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts
- Providing sales team with post-analysis of advertising campaigns
- Assisting Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing
- Ambitious self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic business environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Self-management and confidence to work unsupervised
