About the Role

Suncorp Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Agribusiness team in Roma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a superior relationship proposition to our largest and most influential business customers across target segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high-performing Agribusiness team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, customer acquisition, and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize and maintain relationships, promote customer retention, and maximize the visibility of the Suncorp Group brand.
  • Support the success of the region by working collaboratively with other region staff to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio growth, sales, service, credit quality, MFI, ROI, and expense results for the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a high-value customer base.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services.
  • Ability to recognize and implement business strategies to drive a highly engaged and skilled team, a strong risk culture, growth, and customer acquisition.
