Key Responsibilities

Support the Relationship Manager in nurturing our client relationships within the designated portfolio. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards. Aid in enhancing customer service and satisfaction metrics for the portfolio. Proactively identify client requirements and maintain accurate customer data. Assist in fulfilling comprehensive customer needs, including lending requirements, through meaningful conversations. Collaborate across various channels to address client needs. Provide constructive feedback to operational, segment, and risk management teams via the Operations Delivery Manager or Regional Manager regarding issues impacting Suncorp's business. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the region. Build relationships with intermediaries such as Solicitors and Accountants, ensuring all referrals are directed to the appropriate Relationship Manager, District Manager, or Regional Manager. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for sales specialists in banking, insurance, and life products following the established sales process.

Qualifications and Skills

Tertiary qualifications in agribusiness, finance, or a related field are preferred. Proven experience in roles focused on customer growth and retention. Background in financial services is essential. Experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or in a similar capacity within an Agribusiness banking environment is highly valued.
