We are seeking a support professional to provide in-home and outing support to clients with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Essential Requirements- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, or Aged Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate and CPR
- NDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Fully COVID Vaccinated with evidence
- Current full Driver's license
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience supporting people with disabilities
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work/caseload effectively
- Commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
The pay rates vary based on day of week and shift type, but typically exceed the SCHADS award rates + penalties. We offer ongoing training, support, career advancement opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.
