Job Title: Disability Support Workers

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality safety- and person-centred support and services to participants.
  • Work collaboratively with participants to help them achieve their personal goals, enhance their skills, health, wellbeing, and lifestyles.
  • Deliver community day programs and residential services, including Supported Independent Living and Outreach.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A focus on service improvement and well-developed problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • A commitment to empowering people with a disability, understanding and respecting their rights.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required for commencement.
