Role Overview

We are seeking skilled individuals to provide support for our clients in Melbourne.

No two days are the same As a Disability Support Worker you will deliver person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living.

  • You will demonstrate a passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physical
  • Enjoy a challenge and celebrate the achievements of others
  • Demonstrate empathy and caring attitude
  • Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Fully COVID vaccinated
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but we will train the right candidate within house.

As a dedicated team member, you will experience varied duties such as providing personal care or help with medication, shopping, or cooking.

Most importantly, you'll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We are looking for employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to grow and build a valuable skillset.
