Job Title: Caregiver for People with Disabilities

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes the well-being and empowerment of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Accompany clients on outings and errands, promoting socialization and community engagement
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a sense of belonging and connection

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or Individual Support
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification and National Police Check
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse client groups
