Key Influencer Opportunity

We're expanding our business and seeking a key influencer in the Builder and Developer space to create enthusiasm for our brands and convert that into sales through significant investment in design and architecture.

This role requires charisma, articulation, and strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor interactions from builder sites to luxury conversations with designers, architects, and high-end clients.

You'll need to understand Developers, Builders, and ABDs and their environmental influences in Melbourne, as well as stay current on commercial best practices, consumer needs, and competitor activity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with regional builders and developers
  • Collaborate with multi-residential developers and home builders
  • Identify key stakeholders and tailor pitches to create new business opportunities
  • Drive commercial sales and increase market share through strategic planning
  • Maintain key relationships with builders, growing respect and camaraderie within the industry
