**Job Title:** Member Experience ManagerAt our Pitt St Platinum club, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Member Experience Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.The Member Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front desk team, ensuring that every member receives a personalized and engaging experience. This includes managing workflows, achieving sales targets, and mentoring staff to develop their skills and expertise.This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.   • Manage daily workflows to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets
  • Create structures to support the team's achievement of daily minimum performance criteria
  • Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop staff skills
  • Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF INITIATIVES TO DRIVE MEMBERSHIP GROWTH
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to set and motivate others towards goals
  • Experience using business computer systems
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
