
Member Experience Specialist

This role oversees the execution and delivery of a comprehensive member engagement strategy, aimed at increasing member value and satisfaction. The position will work closely with senior stakeholders to define and implement initiatives that drive member retention and acquisition.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a member engagement strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Design and deliver personalized journeys for members, incorporating multi-channel communication approaches.
- Analyse feedback data to inform engagement initiatives and improve overall member experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of member-centric strategies.
- Foster a culture of member advocacy and support throughout the organization.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in member/customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Natural analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Relevant experience in banking and financial services.
- Knowledge of membership marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
