
Member Experience Manager

Our client is a leading national food services company that is focused first and foremost on the needs of its members and supply partners. They are seeking a high calibre Member Experience Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with members, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the cooperative delivers maximum value. The successful candidate will partner with members to help them remain competitive, agile, and focused on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support members in driving business improvement and adapting to market changes.
- Provide commercial guidance, insights, and strategic support.
- Ensure member value is maximised through engagement and partnership.
- Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining a customer centric approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years' account management experience in Foodservice, Supply Chain, FMCG, Logistics, Procurement or related industries.
- Extensive experience on the supply side of the foods services industry or deep contacts and relationships in the food services distribution arena.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and member-based organisation management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels, from operators to executives.
- Results driven with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Well organised, detail oriented, and confident in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Awareness of WHS, IR/ER workplace policies, HACCP, and cold chain processes.
- Existing senior level relationships within the Independent Foodservice sector will be highly regarded.

What we have on offer
This role offers flexibility with the option to work from home two days per week. However, flexibility is required as needed to meet the demands of the role. Travel is a significant aspect of this position, as it involves managing interstate members and fulfilling other organizational travel requirements. Candidates must be comfortable and willing to spend an average of one week per month travelling.
