Affordable Housing Coordinator

Role Overview:
We seek a highly skilled professional to manage agreements for affordable housing and coordinate project plans. The successful candidate will stay up-to-date on current urban planning issues through strong working relationships with key entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for affordable housing.
- Coordinate and plan projects to deliver affordable housing solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with local government, planning authorities, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of affordable housing strategy, policy, and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in built environment industries (e.g., housing, urban design, development, planning).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to organise tasks effectively, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant fields.
- Criminal History Check and National Police Check may be required.
