The Role:

  • Provides strategic direction and identifies opportunities and disposals within the property portfolio that aligns with departmental policy and goals.
  • Offers high-level advice on complex projects and programs regarding property assets.
  • Ensures agreements, licenses, and stakeholder services are prepared according to legislation.
  • Resolves issues by identifying risks early and managing dependencies.
  • Leads financial analysis, property, leasing, and financial services, including negotiations and executions.
  • Strengthen relationships through timely, accurate advice and engagement.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of business systems and design frameworks.

About You:

  • Must have experience across key capabilities such as property management registration, managing property services, interpreting agreements, and providing high-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Desirable Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in Property or a related discipline.

Requirements:

  • A satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment.
