About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker/Carer. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide high-quality support to individuals with autism.

- Providing person-centred active support in personal care, hygiene, domestic assistance, meal preparation, cleaning, and social activities.">
- Developing and implementing engaging programs and assisting clients with community access.">
- Providing emotional support, listening, and connecting to help individuals navigate challenges.">
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.">
- Adapting service delivery and support to meet participant needs and goals.">
Requirements:

- Previous experience as a support worker or similar preferred.">
- Current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.">
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.">
- High level of time management and organisational ability.">
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, Community Service, or Disability advantageous.">
