**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Personal Support Professional to provide high-quality support services to individuals living with disabilities in their own homes.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting people to be active and involved in their community by providing both in-home and community-based supports. Our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including sleepovers, with a range of shift times available.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide daily living support, such as showering, dressing, cooking, and cleaning, to enable individuals to live independently.

- Accompany individuals on outings, shopping trips, medical appointments, and social events to promote community participation.

- Assist individuals to achieve their personal goals and wishes, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- An interest in working with people with disabilities and a commitment to person-centered support.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.

- Problem-solving skills, energy, and adaptability to respond to changing situations.

- NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain it.

- COVID Vaccination and Booster.

- A driver's license and car (preferably) for day-time shifts but not required for sleepover shifts.
