Sunland Support are seeking experienced **Experienced**Disability Support Workers to service clients at **Upper North Shore of Sydney.**

As a Support Worker you will be required to conduct tasks such as personal care, social and community access and assisting with their daily activities. You will ensure that everything you do is focused on achieving the participants goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication supervision.
- Assisting clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities and transport.
- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and reporting any changes in their condition to the office.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients by following proper infection control procedures and other safety protocols.

**We're looking for people with these qualities**:

- Over 2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role
- Certificate in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable) OR studying towards a Disability qualification
- Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
- You have a current Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
