Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses for complex problems and methods.
  • Expand knowledge and skill set in the area of discipline.
  • Continuously learn and remain current with departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes, and company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare complex engineering deliverables, perform research, and develop recommendations for equipment and/or material selection.
  • Manage assigned projects, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Actively coordinate with internal/external team members on complex projects.
  • Assist with identifying key client interests and drivers on less complex projects.
  • Recognized as a technical specialist by the division, design complete projects within assigned practice areas.

Management Responsibilities:

Typically assist with performance management processes, mentoring, recognition, and corrective actions required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards.
