Seeking a senior electronic specialist to provide technical support for specialized equipment, and application requirements. The role is highly adaptable depending on specific projects and opportunities as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer and team technical support for a range of specialized electronic equipment, and application requirements.
  • Understand the company's products portfolio and their application across domains.
  • Provide guidance, technical assistance, and assurance of product solutions and equipment.
  • Assist with management of customer support contracts and other support requests.

Requirements:

  • Broad understanding of test equipment and measurement devices.
  • Experience in network design, security, and architecture in telecoms, power, defence, or related sectors.
  • Knowledge of synchronization, time and frequency including NTP/PTP.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years industry experience in a similar environment.
  • Relevant technical qualification: telco level 2/3 support experience and/or certificate III or IV in a related technology or;
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field.
