Product Development Detailer

As a Product Development Detailer, you will play a critical role in researching and developing new construction details for all aspects of residential home design. You will ensure best practice and compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.

  • Research and develop new construction details to ensure efficiencies with buildability on site.
  • Collaborate with drafting and construction teams to produce detailed documentation for distribution to internal departments and external suppliers, manufacturers, and trades.
  • Attend site visits and inspections to ensure the correct method/s of construction are as per current documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in drafting, architecture or similar, with experience using CAD software and a strong understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards. They will also have strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
