Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow usage and meet revenue targets
  • Increase adoption within existing accounts while actively securing new business
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor account health, identify insights, and take proactive steps to drive engagement and retention
  • Use consultative selling to match client needs with tailored solutions
  • Lead product adoption and usage initiatives across your portfolio
  • Challenge the status quo and identify smarter ways to deliver value
  • Conduct disciplined reviews to ensure continued value, training, and alignment
  • Manage your sales pipeline with a strong focus on performance and accountability
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and use data to inform strategy and activity

You will need a current NSW driver's license and your own car, as you'll be on the road visiting clients across the state. Some travel is required quarterly in managing your customers.
