
Strategic Connections Manager

The role of a Strategic Connections Manager is to oversee end-to-end planning across multiple channels, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media.
As the Integrated Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing through-the-line campaigns, mapping consumer journeys across all channels, and collaborating closely with analytics, CX, social, and paid media teams to deliver exceptional marketing excellence.
You will facilitate cross-functional connections between creative development teams, media teams, and various disciplines within your organization to identify opportunities for efficiency, synergy, and cohesion.
Key responsibilities include reporting into senior management, leading and managing the outputs of the planning team, and exercising extensive knowledge of Auto and Luxury categories.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer journeys, experience in concisely and clearly mapping journeys, and be naturally collaborative and open to diverse perspectives and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Navigate multiple stakeholders across client teams and engage people appropriately at all levels of seniority
- Exercise extensive knowledge of Auto and Luxury categories
- Solutions-oriented and always eager to explore new ways to solve existing problems or challenges
- Lead by example and have the balance to know when to step back and let team members take the reins
