**Job Summary**

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's people practices.

  • Empower Leaders: Coach and support managers to foster high-performing teams.
  • Drive Cultural Excellence: Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Optimise Workforce Planning: Help leaders build and retain talent while achieving resource efficiency.
  • Innovate Through Change: Implement impactful change programs and collaborate on company-wide initiatives.

You will work closely with centres of excellence to deliver tailored HR solutions for a client group of 300 people.

What We're Looking For

Passionate about building inclusive workplace cultures, you will bring:

  • Strong ability to coach and influence leaders to foster accountability and performance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or a related field (highly desirable).
