Developing a strong workplace culture is vital for any organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the People and Culture team to ensure that our workplace is inclusive, respectful and safe for all employees.

The Advisor, Workplace Culture position reports to the Assistant Director, People and Culture and works under their supervision and with their guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic advice and support to line managers and employees on workplace culture policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes including preparing and posting job advertisements, drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies across the organisation.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in providing HR advisory services and support to employees and line managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
