Job Title: Workplace Experience Officer A vital role is available for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house reception duties, overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring the workplace is well-organised, functional, and engaging. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Ensure the workplace is welcoming and inclusive for all staff, clients, and visitors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall employee experience
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
 Requirements: 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced delivery business environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
