Senior Clinician

The Occupational Therapy team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our next stage of growth. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting Occupational Therapists in delivering clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

• Providing day-to-day service delivery guidance and clinical support to Occupational Therapists
• Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required to ensure high-quality clinical services
• Completing quality assurance report reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
• Completing complex clinical services and assessments in a timely manner

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• 3+ years' experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
• Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
• A vehicle and driver's licence
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
