Leadership Role in Occupational Therapy

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our national team of Occupational Therapists. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical services to clients with various diagnoses and disability types.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for occupational therapy. You will work closely with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery
  • Providing clinical guidance and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists
  • Developing reports and management plans

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
