Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Mentoring and supporting your OT team with service delivery and clinical guidance.
• Delivering induction, supervision, and training to help your team thrive.

• Writing high-quality reports and crafting innovative strategies for client success.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 plus years experience in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• A warm, empowering leadership style.
• A current driver's licence and checks (or willingness to obtain).
