Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through effective digital transformation strategies.

This role involves working closely with our project management teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects that meet business objectives and drive business outcomes.

  • Facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather and document business requirements;
  • Conducting walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs;
  • Supporting testing activities and applying business analysis techniques to document requirements;

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from process mapping and requirements gathering to solution implementation and testing. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst;
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, modelling, process mapping, and information analysis;
  • Experience mapping business requirements to product functionality and identifying gaps and opportunities;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a holistic, human-centred approach to digital product design;
  • Experience managing information requirements in line with approved record-keeping and information management policies;
  • High-level analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail and lateral thinking;
  • Effective client liaison, change management, and facilitation skills;
  • Experience working in collaborative environments with high-performing teams and tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, JIRA, and SharePoint;
  • Experience identifying and analysing complex legislative and regulatory requirements;
