About the Role:
Mills Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive business growth in the Australian market.
Our Client:
A family-owned business operating globally, providing a wide range of products including terrace coverings, solar shading, pergolas, and aluminium wall and cladding.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and strategically expanding our presence in key regions.
- Work from home combined with on-the-road sales, business development, and client visits.
- Sell high-end ventilation, sun protection, and outdoor products to selected dealers and promote our products to high-end architects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, key decision-makers, and industry influencers to generate indirect sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the Regional Manager to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of local marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- A dynamic and results-driven professional.
- Knowledge of technical and building products relative to this position.
- Preferably a degree in engineering or 3 years of B2B sales experience with high-end and innovative products.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Australian business landscape is a plus.
- Australian driver's license.
