As a Work Health Safety Business Partner at Newcastle Anglican, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe work environments and fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse hazard and incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement safety programs to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement on safety matters
- Provide training and support to employees on WHS policies and procedures
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related field
- Proven experience in WHS, with a strong understanding of WHS legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
