At Bolton Clarke, we are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end revenue function across our In-Home Support businesses in Australia. This will include preparing and processing At Home Support billings, as well as processing cheque payments and EDI/EFT payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing financial documents, including invoices and statements
  • Processing payments, including cheques, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers
  • Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Managing complaints and grievances in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a large multi-site organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in account management functions and ability to manage large volumes of financial data for a growing organisation working with multiple ledgers
  • Experience in end-of-month financial processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with a computerised financial accounting system, including fast accurate keyboard skills and preferably advanced spreadsheeting skills
