Housekeeper Service Provider

To provide exceptional cleaning services and maintain high standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms, ensuring a healthy environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs immediately.
- Clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allotted time.
- Replenish and manage Guest supplies.
- Report maintenance requirements to the Supervisor.
- Adhere to Housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance and personal grooming at all times.
- Notify the Housekeeping Office of any unusual situations.
- Identify and report potential health and safety hazards.
- Interact with Hotel guests politely and professionally.
- Attend monthly departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Comply with the Team Handbook and established WHS guidelines.
- Offer assistance to other departments when needed.
