Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Fremantle, Western Australia.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing guest check-ins and outs, and accurately managing accounts using the park's booking system.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Process guest arrivals and departures
- Utilize the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts with precision
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
- Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
- Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests
- Previous experience as a Front Office representative within the hospitality industry
- Possession of computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
