As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our park.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Ensure seamless guest check-ins and outs.
  • Efficiently use the booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
  • Supply guests' information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A valid driver's license essential.
