Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
  • Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allocated time.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Report any maintenance or health and safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Follow all housekeeping policies and procedures to the standard set by the executive housekeeper.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance and greet guests in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Attend monthly departmental communication, training, and information meetings.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Handbook.
  • Practice established workplace health and safety guidelines (WHS).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
