Job Title: Senior Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and correct payroll errors related to entitlements under various Awards.
  • Perform superannuation recalculations in line with legislation.
  • Prepare and submit updated data to the ATO.
  • Validate and analyze data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in interpreting Awards.
  • Experience in payroll remediation or reconciliation projects.
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Chris21/iChris experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
