About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee road infrastructure upgrade projects, including road widening, intersection upgrades, and slope stabilization works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations while collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and provide regular updates to management to maintain a smooth workflow.
About You
- To excel in this role, you will have proven experience in supervising road construction or similar civil infrastructure projects.
- You should possess a strong understanding of road widening, intersection upgrades, and slope stabilization techniques, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance is also essential.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction, that's a definite plus
