About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to existing clients, identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients, and delivering innovative financial solutions to businesses that turnover $30m-$150m or commercial lending requirements between $10m-$50m.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and leading a Commercial or Emerging Corporate portfolio, lending above $10m;
- Highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions;
- Able to use network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
- Comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers;
