Overview

We're hiring two Senior Business Analysts to join our Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team supporting the implementation of process and technology changes for UNITE. Both roles contribute to the delivery of key initiatives aligned to the Financial Crime Transformation Program (FCTP) and broader objectives of simplifying technologies via UNITE. You'll work with stakeholders across FCS, business divisions, and technology to ensure business requirements and impacts are understood, prioritised, and delivered. One of the roles will have an additional focus on supporting the Senior Manager Change Delivery to help build BA capability within the FCS Unite project team. This is a full-time 12-month fixed term role based in Parramatta / Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of key initiatives aligned to the Financial Crime Transformation Program (FCTP) and UNITE
  • Work with stakeholders across FCS, business divisions, and technology to understand, prioritise, and deliver business requirements and impacts
  • Assist in mitigating and managing risks and impacts to Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS)
  • Support a team in delivering process and technology changes for UNITE
  • For the second role, support the Senior Manager Change Delivery to help build BA capability within the FCS Unite project team
What do I need?
  • Experience in Financial Crime services, processes, and technologies (e.g. Customer Due Diligence, Sanctions, Investigations, Regulatory Reporting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and communicate risks, impacts, and business requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex deliverables and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Familiarity and confidence with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
