About the Opportunity

As a front office coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our mental health clinic.

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm welcome and excellent first impression.
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle payments securely and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Access sensitive information while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Prioritize high-end patient care by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Support the clinical team to ensure seamless practice operations.
Requirements
