We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join our team in Townsville.

This role involves conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing evidence-based therapies to customers who require support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
  • Developing tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to enhance patient referral networks
  • Coordinating with external providers to deliver services efficiently within established frameworks

This is a permanent position offering flexibility to accommodate the candidate's current schedule. Our long-term vision includes expanding our network of clinics nationally, ensuring access to support throughout Australia.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
  • 5+ years of recent clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
  • Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
