The role of Psychologist is a critical position in the delivery of mental health services. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health services.
About the RoleThis is a patient-facing clinical position where you will see individuals who require your expertise. You will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies to improve outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to strengthen referral networks and support practice growth.
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests within established procedural frameworks.
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- General Registration with the relevant professional board, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
- Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.
