Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to take on a leadership role in our Early Learning Centre. As a senior educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

  • Maintain strong relationships with families and the community to promote child development and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
