
Education Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Mentor to join our dedicated team at Dripstone Children's Centre. This is a rewarding opportunity for an exceptional professional to contribute to the strategic direction of our service, fostering high-quality education and care for children in the Darwin region.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the EYLF and the Dripstone Way. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting overall leadership and management of the centre
- Ensuring high-quality programming and mentoring educators to foster a culture of professional growth
- Promoting regulatory compliance and best practice through continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthening relationships with families and the local community
- Deputising for the Centre Director as required
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of NQF, National Law & Regulations, EYLF, and demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and people management skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, confidence to act as the Responsible Person, and current certifications such as First Aid, CPR, WWCC (Ochre Card), and accredited Child Protection training.
