We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Darwin office as a Principal Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing technical expertise, and supporting the delivery of complex high-risk projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering">
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia">
  • Ideally 15+ years demonstrated experience in civil engineering">
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level with strong negotiation and leadership skills">
  • Strong understanding of civil construction industry">
  • An innovative and out-of-the-box attitude to solutions and designs">
  • Ability to critically assess, interpret, and communicate information of a complex nature">
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff">
