We are seeking a highly skilled RTO Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Max Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and increase enrolments across the SEE Program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales pipelines to convert cold and warm leads into student referrals and enrolments
* Lead generation to create opportunities for growth
* Stakeholder management with internal and external agencies
* Ability to travel locally, regionally, and from time-to-time interstate
About You:
* Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that drive growth
* Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
* Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs in a sales role
* Excellent communication skills
