Regional Administration and Operations Coordinator Role Summary:
">This is a key leadership position within our regional talent pathway program, responsible for supporting the operational and administrative aspects of the program. The aim is to identify, nurture, and develop well-prepared young athletes for AFL/AFLW and transitions to State League or community football.
">The Regional Administration and Operations Coordinator will assist with several key functions:
">Scheduling weekly planning meetings of the region leadership group.
Managing events, functions, player permits, match day logistics, training timetables, venue bookings, equipment and related logistics.
Ensuring compliance with Safeguarding Children and Young People policies and procedures.
Cordinating integration of both girls and boys programs in the region.
Supporting AFL/AFLW Club Next Generation Club Academy activities within the region.
Key qualifications for this role include strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A degree in a related field, such as sports management, is highly desirable along with relevant experience. A current Victorian Driver License and a current Working with Children Check are also required.
