Freight Forwarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. This 3-month contract has strong potential for extension and will be tailored to suit your expertise.

  • Draw on operational knowledge of air and sea freight to deliver end-to-end freight forwarding services, ensuring seamless cargo movement and timely delivery.
  • Provide professional support via phone and email, maintaining high customer service standards and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage import and export processes for air and sea freight, coordinating documentation and customs requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to oversee billing and invoicing functions, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Track cargo and coordinate deliveries, providing regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
